The Visualizing Our Future mentoring program is designed to teach young ladies how to successfully meet their goals and prepare for future endeavors. The workshop includes vision boards, guest speakers, and college and career planning. Certificates of completion and monetary gifts are distributed at the end of the five-week program.

Strategies for Life and Purpose
The Visualizing Our Future (VOF) Program is LTYD’s essential workshop series dedicated to equipping young people with the ultimate life tool: the ability to plan for the future. We emphasize the importance of setting life goals and creating actionable future career plans early on.
VOF focuses on developing the essential social-emotional skills needed to take charge of one's destiny. This approach equips participants with the tools to take personal responsibility, navigate complex life effectively, and make informed decisions about their academic and professional paths.
Our core curriculum helps students articulate and achieve their aspirations, whether those involve:
Higher Education Pathways: Planning for college graduation rates and entrance into university.
Vocational and Trade Training: Exploring technical career guidance and certifications.
Entrepreneurship and Job Skills: Developing confidence for self-employment and job search skills.
By focusing on clear goal accomplishment strategies and self-efficacy, VOF transforms passive dreaming into active goal-setting and personal empowerment. We are building a generation of youth who know exactly how to reach their full potential.
